No engagement is created here

Reading this site, submitting a form, sending an email or speaking to us on the telephone does not create a professional relationship. An engagement begins only when both you and the firm have signed an engagement letter that sets out the scope of the work, who is doing it and what it costs.

We link to the IRS, the California Franchise Tax Board, the CDTFA, the EDD and other third-party resources for convenience, and the contact page may embed a Google map. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial account details or tax documents by email or through a form on this website. Neither is a secure channel. Clients should use the encrypted TaxDome portal, which is what it is there for.
