Filed correctly the first time
A rejected W-7 costs months and often a filing season. Most rejections are documentation problems that are entirely avoidable.
ITIN Services
We prepare Form W-7, attach it to a correctly prepared return, and guide the documentation so the application is accepted the first time.
An ITIN lets you file a federal tax return, claim certain credits, be listed as a dependent or spouse, open some financial accounts and comply with withholding rules when you are not eligible for a Social Security number.
The application itself is one page. The reason so many are rejected is the documentation: the wrong identification, the wrong certification, a return that does not match, or an exception claimed without the supporting letter.
We determine which category you apply under, prepare Form W-7, prepare the federal return it attaches to, assemble the identification evidence in the form the IRS accepts, and track the application through to issuance.
We also handle renewals. ITINs expire when they have not appeared on a filed return for three consecutive years, and a return filed with an expired ITIN is processed without the credits — which is how families lose refunds they were entitled to.

Why it matters
A rejected W-7 costs months and often a filing season. Most rejections are documentation problems that are entirely avoidable.
Se habla español — the whole engagement, from the first call to the signature, can be conducted in Spanish.
The W-7 and the return are prepared as one package, which is how the IRS expects to receive them.
We explain what an ITIN does and does not do, without overpromising.
The process
Fifteen minutes to establish which category applies and what documents you will need.
We give you a precise list. No guessing, no second trips.
W-7 plus the return, assembled and submitted as one package.
We monitor the application and follow up with the IRS if it stalls.
Questions
Still not sure? Ask us directly — the first conversation costs nothing and we will tell you honestly whether this is what you need.
IRS processing generally runs about seven weeks outside of filing season and can extend to eleven or more between January and April, or when applying from abroad. Applying early in the autumn avoids the queue entirely.
Not always. Certain certified copies are acceptable, and certified copies can be obtained from the issuing agency. We will walk you through the least risky route available for your documents before anything is sent.
An ITIN is issued purely for federal tax administration. It does not grant work authorisation, immigration status or eligibility for Social Security benefits. We can only advise you on the tax side — questions about immigration consequences belong with a licensed immigration attorney.
