Senior Tax Accountant / Enrolled Agent
Own a portfolio of business and individual clients end to end — preparation, planning and representation — with a senior reviewer behind you and genuine advisory work, not a processing queue.
Careers
We take on fewer clients per accountant than a volume shop, which means more advisory work, better client relationships and a filing season you survive.
Why here
Most accounting jobs in this industry are structured around throughput. More returns per preparer, less time per client, and a February that costs you a month of your life. It is a business model, and it is not ours.
We are built around fewer, deeper relationships — which means the work involves actual judgement, clients who know your name, and the satisfaction of watching a business get measurably better because of something you recommended.
We also take continuing education seriously, including supporting staff through Enrolled Agent and CPA study. And we serve a community that speaks many languages, so if you do too, it will be genuinely valued here.
