Who we are
T&M Business Advisors, LLC, trading as TM Tax Advisors, is a firm of Enrolled Agents licensed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. We are registered with the California Tax Education Council, CTEC #A354653, and we have Certified Public Accountants on staff.
What we are not
TM Tax Advisors is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not provide investment advice and we are not a registered investment adviser. We do not provide real estate advice or brokerage services.
Where a matter requires a licensed attorney — estate planning documents, business litigation, immigration questions, or a tax matter heading toward litigation — we will say so and, where helpful, refer you to counsel.
No client relationship from this website
Reading this website, submitting a form or exchanging emails does not create a professional relationship between you and TM Tax Advisors. A relationship exists only once an engagement letter has been signed by both parties, defining the scope of the work.
