What we are not

TM Tax Advisors is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We do not provide investment advice and we are not a registered investment adviser. We do not provide real estate advice or brokerage services, and we do not sell insurance.

Where a matter requires a licensed attorney — estate planning documents, business litigation, an immigration question, or a tax matter heading toward litigation — we will say so and, where it helps, refer you to counsel.

Herbert Financial Group

Herbert Financial Group is a separate practice that shares leadership and staff with us. Advanced tax planning, wealth, insurance and estate strategy sit there, not here. If your situation calls for that kind of work, we will tell you plainly and introduce you. Nothing on this website should be read as TM Tax Advisors offering those services, and an engagement with one firm is not an engagement with the other.

No client relationship from this website

Reading this website, submitting a form or exchanging emails does not create a professional relationship between you and TM Tax Advisors. A relationship exists only once an engagement letter defining the scope of the work has been signed by both parties.
